No holiday is complete without a bit of shopping and in Tel Aviv you will find plenty of shops, regardless of your taste or what you are looking for.
To start with is the Dizengoff Center, at the junction of Dizengoff Street with King George Street, right in the centre of the city. It is a huge centre, with over 400 shops that is open around the clock (although not all the shops are). It can be a bit confusing to navigate, but don’t worry as there is an app to help you find what you are looking for. The centre attracts all kinds of people and there are more than enough shops to make sure that everyone will find what they are looking for.
If you are looking for a truly upmarket experience then head to the Ramat Aviv Mall in the north of the city. It is Israel’s most expensive shopping mall, and the thirty-fifth most expensive in the world. It has around 140 shops spread across two floors and it includes a number of luxury shops of international and Israeli brands.
If you are looking for the latest Tel Aviv trends then you need to head to Shenkin Street. It is one of the city’s most famous streets and well worth a visit, even if you are not there for shopping. Shenkin Street is home to many of Israel’s coolest designers and shops such as Ronen Chen, Naama Bezalel, and Carmen Miranda are all worth visiting. You will also find jewellery shops from designers such as Michal Negrin, and much more.
As with any major city, Tel Aviv is full of exciting shopping options, and you are sure to have a fantastic time browsing the many shops and boutiques that line its streets.
